Directions to the Silver King

Here are the directions from the Salt Lake City Airport to the Silver King that I copied from their website:

LOCATION

1485 Empire Ave., Park City, UT 84060

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

From the Salt Lake City airport, proceed to I-80 Eastbound. Continue approximately 30 miles and exit at Park City/Kimball Junction exit 145. Continue approximately six miles and turn right at Empire Ave. Proceed approximately 100 yards and you will see the Silver King Hotel on the right.

Park City is usually a little cooler than Salt Lake City and Provo. But remember, it is easy to get a sunburn quickly here so don't forget the sunscreen. It cools off at night so don't forget a light jacket or sweater.

So shake loose your caboose and all aboard for Park City!

We know many of us are excited to go on the Heber Creeper. However, we know of some dads that are not planning on going. Shauna Stott Godfrey's husband, Todd , and her dad, Gary would both be interested in keeping company with cousins on the golf course while others are training. Todd was going to try for an earlier t-time on Saturday at the Park City course. It is supposed to be beautiful, close to the hotel and a fun play. If you are interested in golfing Saturday please e-mail shauna.godfrey@comcast.net (Katherine's oldest daughter) as soon as possible.
